CollinsFit Personal Training programs include a wide variety of personal training services. Each workout is designed to fit your individual needs. Whether you want to drop a few lbs or a few hundred lbs, put on muscle, strengthen up a weak lower back, we have the right steps to get you there safely and fun. Even if you have injury or some kind of ailment that hinders you in some way, we will help strengthen you and work around it to get back running on all cylinders again. My main focus is weight loss. As Americans, we have to get obesity under control. I have helped thousands of clients over these last 9 years drop thousands of pounds and get their life back.
We offer a complimentary session. During that session, we will go over some detailed information about you, your work-out history, injuries, goals and what exactly you are wanting to accomplish. This is necessary so we know exactly what direction we need to go in. We also have multiple ways of tracking your progress. Such as measurements and different testing that can be done to assess your fitness level. As a personal trainer, customer service and satisfaction is our top priority, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Below are some brief descriptions of what CollinsFit Personal Training has to offer.
In-Home Personal Training- Some people dislike crowded gyms because you have to wait for equipment or people just stare and can be very rude. Plus one of the great benefits is that we come to you. All you have to do is roll out of bed or get off the couch. This is the most convenient way to workout. No equipment, no problem. We have all the equipment you could ever need to get you in shape. This ranges from dumbbells, bars, bands, kettle bells, medicine balls, and the list goes on.
One on One- This is a great way to get in shape especially if you are a little timid and don’t like to be around a bunch of people while you workout. If you’re someone on the go and time is limited, this is also a great way to train because we can work-out anywhere, anytime and mostly at your convenience. We can meet you at your house or you can train in one of our training rooms located at Flipside Gymnastics in St. Peters.
Small Groups(2-5) People- Small groups are a great and fun way to get into shape with your friends. Plus, it’s a more cost effective per individual. Whether it’s a wedding party, a group of co-workers, small groups also can be very competitive and a blast.
Mixed Martial Arts- Kickboxing and boxing are an excellent way to work-out and get in shape. I have all the equipment necessary to get your fight on. Teaching proper technique and fundamentals are a must with every client. I believe everyone should have some basic fighting knowledge for self-protection and defense.
Athletic Training- This for me is always fun. Growing up as a competitive athlete, I know how important footwork and practice makes perfect. Youth or adult training regimens are available. It doesn’t matter if you’re a young male/female wanting to be a better athlete in any sport or an older male wanting to drop bombs on the softball field, we will get you there.
Injury Rehab & Post Surgery- Coming off a surgery can be disheartening and a very slow painful process. With proper rehab techniques and time, we can get you going again. Shoulder surgeries and knee surgeries are some I have had a lot of experience with. Safety, Range of motion issues and muscle atrophy are focal points. Also, don’t let a surgery or injuries hinder your results, you can still workout and stay on the right path, it just will need to be altered a bit. With years of experience and proper education, we would love to help you achieve your goals.
Bodybuilding-Whether you want to cut down for a show or modeling shoot or bulk up and put on some muscle meat on your body, we can help.
Power-Lifting- Wanting to get stronger? Can’t get your bench up? Can’t squat your bodyweight? Generally, most people have in-proper form and a workout regimen that is hindering their results. This is a passion of mine and absolutely love moving heavy loads across distances, squats and dead-lifts are some of my favorite.
Program Design- Program design is available for people who already work-out and have some base knowledge on how to work-out. If you want to tweak your workouts or cardio routines, we can help.
Nutritional Guidance- Eating for success, not failure, is key. Eat healthier, perform better. We offer nutrition plans and guidance for all of our clients. Eating healthy is a must and applies to all areas and everyone. Keeping food journals for most is an effective way an insuring your goals will be met.
