What if I am not very physically fit?
The best part about CollinsFit BootCamp is that all fitness ability levels attend and are pushed to their potential. Our unique fitness design makes sure that no one is being held back and no one is left behind. We also make modifications to make things more basic or challenging so everyone is working as hard as possible while keeping a safe and fun environment.
What can I expect to achieve?
Just like anything, you get what you put into it. Having said that, we see incredible results with members who work hard and follow the nutritional guidelines and meal plans. 8-12 pounds a month weight loss is definately not out of the question and amazing strength gains. You WILL be in the best shape of your life during this program.
What is a typical day like at camp?
Each day is different from the day before. Our experiencedcertified fitness trainers use a number of training methods to cause ‘muscle confusion’ and help you get the best results possible by changing the routine. This also helps you stay excited to come to class instead of going through the same old boring workouts on your own or with your health club trainer. We like to keep things spicy.
Will the bootcamp ever stop or end?
One of the benefits of the bootcamp is that it is ongoing and never ends. This makes it very easy to make a lifestyle change. You are welcome to come month to month or stay on for good like 90% of our members. Being consistant is huge for you fitness success, it wouldn’t make much sense to start getting amazing results and then to stop and then start again 2 or 3 weeks later.
What if I can’t attend all the days offered?
Coming consistently, even if it is only 2 or 3 days per week has been shown to have significant results. Of course, the more you exercise the better your results. One of the best ideas about our program is the availability. You can come to any class any day of the week. You set your own workout schedule.
What if I’m too busy and don’t have time to come?
Speaking from a professional standpoint…and having worked with several thousand clients over the years, I have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I want to procrastinate longer”. The honest truth is that you can make the time for 45 minutes a few times per week if you really want to. Ask yourself…”Am I really ready for this?” No excuses…just results.
